Ahhhh, I love this post! The word "power" has always carried such a negative connotation for women, and I remember reading the Harvard "Heidi/Howard" study - sad, but real. My hope is that EVERY women in the working world - and really, any woman trying to Get Things Done - reads it. I hope your post is published somewhere, Tracy! It addresses something so important!
