This really hit home for me. I have felt overlooked for advancement but I reflect that I have been too collaborative or trying to be aligned to the boss man. This is like a mirror for me on that. I think I’m being a team player and they think I am not strategic enough. I focus on the good for all and they just want results. Ouch but not really as I can own my mistakes as learning.
